This project is the first of a two-part application (restaurant side and customer side) offering a fintech-driven restaurant SaaS for operators. My role involved integrating a customer incentive structure and fintech mechanisms based on the client's requirements, as part of a partnership between the agency and the client. After extensive user research, I developed a comprehensive restaurant SaaS solution to achieve the necessary vertical integration for the customer-side app.
